Middlesbrough 3, Leicester 3.

Last night I was out having a drink at the Tall Trees Yarm, after a while I started to see a few recognizable faces. Then I realised Middlesbroughs opponents were staying over, Leicester City.

In fact I had a chat with former England manager Sven Goran Erickson, who I found to be charismatic and charming. I can now understand what the woman found attractive, obviously having a few million quid in the bank helped as well, ha ha.

I put on my face book as a joke suggesting that I spike their drinks, especially former Boro star Yakubu.

How I wish I would have spiked the Yaks. The Nigerian showed quality, experience and ruthlessness, grabbing a Hat-trick and exposing our inexperienced  rear guard.

Leicester who had not won a game in the last 6 looked a major threat every time they ventured forward. But in defence they looked timid and naive.

Boro on the other hand once again showed grit, character and determination, coming back from behind on 3 occasions. In fact if Arca would have put away his spot kick we could have taken all 3 points.

But as far as value goes, the fans got their moneys worth, end to end stuff, 6 goals and a point on the board.
