Norwich 1, Middlesbrough 0.

As expected another away defeat.

We are now officially in the bottom 3.

Who would have believed it after all the pre season hype.

The quicker the new manager is installed the better it will be for everyone.

Buy the way we have performed and what we have shown so far, individually and collectively, Sir Alex Ferguson  would struggle to turn is into a good team.

Some of the players we have bought in or Strachan signed are simply not good enough.

There is a distinct lack of steel, bottle and belief.

Confidence is at a all time low.

Its embarrassing after 11 games, we are now 10 points behind Coventry and Watford, and 12 points behind Norwich and Swansea, who both sit in play off positions,15 points behind second top Cardiff and 18 points behind QPR.

There is still enough games to turn things around, but it is out of our hands.

We now need to rely on teams getting beaten, losing form, injuries and suspensions etc.

As it stands at this minute we are 3rd bottom, have no manager,we’ve won only 4 games out of 13, scored 12 goals and conceded 22.

Anyone who genuinely believes we are going to gain promotion, should be put in a straight jacket and locked in a padded cell.

sacking strachan was pointless, he IS to blame as he brought these players in. But they are the ones who should have been targeted not the manager.

They are shockingly bad. There is not a creative player amongst them, Bernie you were saying all august that you were glad we had productive players, scoring goals is not productive its the effect of being productive.

I am seriously worried due to a couple of comments from the players they annoyed me 10x more than anything Strachan said, you highlighted that Gary O’Neil and I think Stephen McManus said after games that we played well, well Kris Boyd said it again on Saturday. This despite us not testing the keeper again.

If they think that is playing well then they have no want or desire to do better.

Also a message for Andrew Taylor, Jon Grounds, Didier Digard and finally weekend goalscorer and goal creater Marvin Emnes: if Boro try and recall you tell them where to stick it, you are better off away from this diseased club.

Finally, Boro are desperate for a creative player, yet we have no even looked at getting a loan player in. Yet this week Portsmouth who nearly went into administration on Friday night had the funds to get BOTH Greg Halford, and Herman Heridasson in. How could they afford it and us not? I think we are and were a lot closer to liquidation than Portsmouth

    Predictions:
Boro will be bottom by 5pm on saturday
Boro will not win again in 2010
    Boro will go down
Boro will not exist come 2012

Well lets just throw ourselves off the Transporter bridge now and have done with it!!!!

I agree with all you both say but surely there has to be some hope? We need a new manager in by midweek to give them chance to work with the players and turn them into a hard to beat, no nonsense mentally tougher outfit. Kick our way out of the bottom three and then try to sign somebody/anybody with an ounce of creativity and desire in January.

I can’t remember the last time I wrote a season off before the end of September – mid table mediocrity is just a far off dream at the moment!
